Yeshivas Bircas HaTorah is growing!
The student body has grown dramatically, creating the necessity to increase its offerings to satisfy the variety of Yeshiva's needs. The popularity of Rabbi Shimon Green has drawn students from all over the world for Torah inspiration and tailored learning. Anyone who comes even for a day of learning can sense the simcha at which everyone undertakes in learning Torah.
To accommodate the growing student body, we have purchased a Yeshiva Residence/Guest House right in the Old City. Located conveniently close the Yeshiva, the Residence is an historic landmark- the first Bikur Cholim Hospital in Jerusalem. This site is a livable work in progress as we work towards creating a comfortable home away from home for visiting learners to the Yeshiva.
Attracting a diverse student body has its blessings and challenges. To meet the growing needs of the student body, the staff has been extended to offer more diverse schedules and increase the different types of programs it offers. The Yeshiva prides itself on nurturing serious, ambitious learners in a variety of areas such as intensive Mishnah Brurah learning, the entire Book of Mishnayos and all of Shas.
